Cancellation Policy:
Crown Limo Kansas’ mission is to offer our customers the finest in quality town car and limousine service available, with competitive prices. At Crown Limo Kansas, we take pride in our punctuality, customer service and attention to detail. Crown Transportation, WILL NEVER CANCEL ON YOU, our services are 100% guaranteed. For Sedan Or SUVs: If you choose to cancel your reservation we require that you do so at least 6 hours in advance. Otherwise you will be charged for the full amount of your trip as to cover the loss of booking availability for that vehicle. For Stretch Limos, Vans, Buses, Exotic Cars and Stretch SUVs: If you choose to cancel your reservation we require that you do so at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise you will be charged for the full amount of your trip due to the extended date booking nature of these vehicles. A 15% non refundable deposit will be charged on all trip orders over $200.00 to secure the availability of the requested vehicle. This deposit will amount will be billed within 30 days of the requested service date. A wait time charge charge will be incurred for any delay of departure past 15 minutes at the rate of a dollar a minute beginning with the original pick up time. This does not apply to delayed airline flights.

When you cancel a reservation please make sure that you receive an email cancellation notice which will show your cancellation number, time you cancelled and date. This will assure you that your cancellation was accepted as per our cancellation policy and you will NOT be charged FULL PRICE AS CONTRACTED.

Global Terms and Conditions:
Payment provider of this reservation, hereby referred to as “client”, understands and agrees to the following. Client will be held responsible, and charged accordingly at the sole discretion of Crown Transportation LLC, any damages which occur as a result of accident and/or negligence caused by the client or the client’s guests/passengers or by client related parties on-site of any location where a Crown vehicle is present. Upon Crown vehicle seizure for any reason resulting from illegal substances, the client will also be held responsible and charged for all related and incurred expenses or damages caused directly or indirectly to this business’s ability to operate vehicle for profit, including, but not limited to, tow fees, storage expenses, lost revenues, attorney fees, lost employee or driver wages, and any financial harm recoverable under due process of law. Client accepts full financial responsibility for any special cleaning that may be deemed necessary as a result of negligent behavior of passengers. Client hereby authorizes Crown to charge expenses immediately, regardless of, and in addition to, any prior understanding or agreements. Client agrees that any of his/her behaviors or activities (or that of guest(s) or passenger(s)) that are deemed by chauffeur or Crown to be illegal, perilous, or dangerous to the safety of self or others will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund. The decisions made by Crown transportation LLC, its employees, affiliates, and/or chauffeurs are final. Crown is not responsible for any articles left in vehicles. Pick-Up and/or Drop-Off times may be delayed at no financial compensation or refund back to client due to conditions beyond our immediate control, including, but not limited to: weather, traffic, road conditions, mechanical break-down, prior reservation overlaps caused beyond our control, and lack of proper communications by client of any changes, address errors, etc. Vehicles have stated maximum capacities which cannot be exceeded for any reason at anytime. All payments and deposits are due in full prior to vehicle leaving hub for duties, and are non-refundable unless cancelled prior to specified time frame for requested vehicle.
